CLASSES: Up to six 45-to-50-minute classes a day.
DAYS & TIMES:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:30-21:30
Friday, 10:30-20:30
Saturday, 9:30-17:30
TRANSPORTATION: This is paid for, in addition to salary, up to 1,000JPY round-trip, per day.
COVERAGE: Full-time Teachers, even for 3 months, will be covered by Shakai Hoken (health insurance and pension).

SMALL CLASSES: There are up to 6 regular students per class. Classes are manageable and a teacher can focus on each of the students' needs.
SMALL SCHOOL: ES is a small, non-chain school, independently owned and run. Everybody knows everybody. Each member of ES is a big, important and valued part of the school.
TEACHING EASE: Classes are divided according to level and age through high school, and by level for adults.
TEACHING SATISFACTION: Teachers have the same students each week and are responsible for and can see (and feel great about) their students' progress.
TEACHER INPUT MATTERS: Teachers can use their ideas and skills to design their own lesson plans, based on ES goals. They also play an integral role in helping to further develop the curriculum.
SUPPORT: ES staff, teachers, and the principal are readily available to help out.

Experience: Experience in a similar environment is preferred, as well as knowledge of the Eiken. Entry-level applications are, of course, also accepted, provided the teacher is very willing and very able to learn!
