We "HOSSAM ENGLISH MONTESSORI SCHOOL - HEMS" are an after-school facility dedicated to providing English-Montessori education to students ranging in age from 2 to 9 years students.
We provide small-group lessons and 1-1 private and online lessons.
Ideal candidate:
- Teaches Montessori curriculum through engaging and interactive lessons.
- Develops and deliver engaging lessons focusing on English.
- Teaches simple scientific experiments to children.
- Assists students to speak more and in improving their conversational skill.
- Creates teaching materials to meet students' needs.
- Provides lessons feedback.
- Participates in curriculum development.
- Manages the entire school effectively.
- Plans and manages seasonal camps (spring, summer and winter).
Qualifications:
- Native-level English speaker.
- Able to Start immediately.
- With science background.
- Japanese driver’s license (prefered).
- Montessori experience (prefered, but not required).
- Must currently reside in Japan and hold a valid visa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work as part of a team and enjoy time with colleagues and students.
Conditions:
1) For the part-time position;
- Hourly wage 1,800 – 2,200 JPY, based on experience.
- Visa sponsorship is available for teachers earning at least 200,000 JPY/month from us.
- Transportation: max 1500 JPY/day.
- Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri from 14:30 to 18:30.
2) For the full-time position;
- Offered upon obtaining child-rearing support training in Osaka. The training will only be for 10 days.
- The wage will be determined based on the performance and experience.
- Visa sponsorship available.
- Working Days: Mondays to Saturdays (5 days/week).
- Regular Days Off: Sundays and National Holidays.
School Location: Osaka, Kita-ku, Tenma 4-1-2 Kominike Building.
