About the Role:
Conrad Osaka is seeking a motivated and service-focused Bartender to join the team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming guest experience while preparing beverages and supporting daily bar operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests and respond to requests efficiently
- Support daily bar operations, including maintaining cleanliness, inventory organization, and following operational procedures
Requirements:
- ANY experience in bartending, hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is preferred
- Basic Japanese is okay (the more communication ability, the better)
- Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
