✨ What You’ll Do:
As a General Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Door repair and installation
- Electrical outlet maintenance
- Heating system and air conditioning (A/C) troubleshooting
- Water leak detection and repair
- Dishwasher and garbage disposal maintenance
- Sliding door track adjustments
- Toilet repair and unclogging
- Lightbulb replacement
Key Requirements:
- Must be a resident of Japan.
- Must speak Japanese and/or English fluently.
- Must have a valid Japanese driver’s license.
- Previous experience in maintenance is REQUIRED. (Note: We are not offering on-the-job training for this role; candidates must already possess the necessary skills.)
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Military Base Pass for Iwakuni Base.
- Living in or willing to relocate to Iwakuni.

- 有効な日本の運転免許証を持っていること。
- メンテナンス経験が必要です。（この役職では現場でのトレーニングは行いません。必要なスキルをすでに - 持っている方を対象としています。）
- 米軍基地（岩国基地）のパスを取得できること。
- 岩国在住または岩国への移住を希望していること。
