Omoroi Osaka — Osaka, Japan / Remote Friendly (Japan-based preferred)
Omoroi Osaka provides English-language property purchase assistance for international buyers interested in purchasing real estate in Japan. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to support our front-end client communication, outreach, and relationship management with overseas buyers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building trust, and helping international clients understand how buying property in Japan works.
🔹 Responsibilities:
Communicate with international clients primarily in English through social media, messaging platforms, email, and video calls
Represent Omoroi Osaka and clearly explain our services, process, and how we support foreign buyers in Japan
Answer basic questions and guide interested clients toward formal consultations with our main consultant
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients over time
Schedule calls, manage follow-ups, and help coordinate communication as clients move through different stages of the process
Track leads and client conversations using simple systems (spreadsheets, CRM, or messaging tools)
Support general marketing and outreach efforts, including social media engagement and community interactions
🔹 Important:
This role does not involve real estate brokerage, property negotiations, contract handling, or legal transactions.
All licensed real estate activities are handled by partner brokerages and the Omoroi Osaka consulting team.
This position focuses on client communication, introductions, and relationship management only.
🔹 Ideal Candidate:
Comfortable communicating in English with international clients
Basic to conversational Japanese is a plus, but not required
Currently living in Japan, preferably in Osaka City or the Kansai area (strongly preferred)
Confident using Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LINE, Zoom/Google Meet, and similar platforms
Friendly, proactive, organized, and comfortable starting conversations
Interest in Japan, real estate, international living, or working with foreign clients is highly valued
Able to manage schedules, follow-ups, and multiple conversations in a professional way
