Since my friend and I live in this house, you can have a experience by living together with local people.
I speak English, my friend is very good at using a translator! We both are good at using EASY JAPANESE :)
A minimum stay of one month is required.
No guests can be invited if you stay less than 3months.

- 8-10mins walk from JR Zeze station
- 20mins walk from Lake Biwa
- 20minutes by train to JR Kyoto Station
- 3mins from the closest Convenience store(LAWSON)
- 8-10mins walk from the closest Glossaries and pharmacy
- 3mins from the closest Ramen restaurant
- there are also some cafes, izakayas, 100yen shops, post offices, book stores etc.

★About the rent and other fees★
- rent 55,000JPY per month(including utilities such as water, gas, electricity, some seasonings, laundry detergent etc.)
- 1 month deposit
- No admin fee
- No agent fee
- No guarantor fee
- No key money
★Move-in requirements★
- Strictly no smoking indoors or in the garden
- Able to take care of yourself
- Able to follow the house rules based on Japanese customs that help us live together comfortably and happily
- Keeps their room and personal appearance clean
- Does not make loud chewing noises and able to chew with their mouth closed while eating (It’s kind of a trauma for me🙏)
