Join a dynamic, growing team supporting the physical infrastructure powering the next generation of AI, Edge Computing and Fiber Optic Network. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will with international clients, installing and troubleshooting high-density compute nodes, DWDM networks, and critical data center systems.
While experience is preferred, we value aptitude and problem-solving skills above all else. If you have a passion for hardware and are ready to learn complex technical skills, we will provide full training.
Preferred: Prior experience in Datacenter Ops, IT Support, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or Science fields.
Entry Level: We welcome applicants with no professional experience if you have a keen interest in computer hardware/Linux, a scientific background, or a strong natural inclination for problem-solving.
English (Business Level): Must be able to communicate effectively via Chat/Video with global clients (US, Europe, APAC). Written reporting skills are essential.
Japanese (Conversational): Sufficient for internal coordination and navigating the facility.
Social Insurance: Full Shakai Hoken (Health, Pension, Unemployment) provided immediately.
Allowances: Transportation fully paid.
