We are seeking a skilled End-User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-quality IT support. This role involves supporting end users, managing devices, and ensuring seamless IT operations within a corporate environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in End-User Computing (EUC) or Desktop Support roles.
Hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Management)
SCCM/MECM for imaging and software deployment
Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)
Ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or similar)
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
Understanding of ITIL framework and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and BitLocker.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in an on-site support environment.
